Subscription plans
The plan master: code, name, included plan, add-on and free flags, level and monthly fee. The content of a plan is set in the subscription definition.
A plan is a subscription level, for example Basic, Business, Premium. Here you only maintain the plan's master data; which functions a plan contains, with what limit and price, is set on the Subscription definition screen.
Adding a plan
- Open Master datas (Google / AI / WIP) → Plans (page title: Subscription plans).
- Click Add plan, or the blue pencil icon in an existing row.
- Enter the Code and Name, and a Description if needed.
- If the plan builds on a smaller one, choose Includes plan: the bigger plan inherits the smaller plan's content.
- Set Type (add-on or not), Free plan, Level, Price / user / month, Currency, Sort order, Websites and Status.
- Click Save.
Rules and messages
- "The code must be 2-32 characters, letters, digits or underscore."
- "The name is required."
- The plan itself, and any plan that includes it, cannot be chosen as the included plan.
- A plan cannot be deleted while a subscription uses it or another plan includes it; the message gives the count.
- Annual billing gets a 10% discount, which the form shows.
Example
You add a plan with code "PREMIUM" and name "Premium", choose the "Business" plan as included plan, level 3 and a price of HUF 12,000. Premium now also contains every function of Business.
