Privacy Policy

This policy has been prepared under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information. The controller's details are available on the Contact page.

1. Data processed and purposes

Registration, customer account: name, e-mail address, telephone number, password (encrypted) — to create the account and provide the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Orders and invoicing: billing name and address, tax number — to perform the contract and meet accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Enquiries: name, e-mail address, message — to answer your enquiry (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Newsletter: name, e-mail address — only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

2. Retention

Accounting records are kept for 8 years as required by section 169 of Hungarian Act C of 2000 on accounting. Account data is kept until the account is deleted, enquiries for 1 year after they are closed, and newsletter data until consent is withdrawn.

3. Processors

We share your data only to the extent necessary to provide the service with our contracted processors (hosting provider, courier, payment provider, e-mail service). Processors may handle the data only on our instructions.

4. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing and exercise your right to data portability. Submit your request using the details on the Contact page; we reply within 30 days at the latest.

5. Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, www.naih.hu) or go to court.

6. Data security

We receive data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), store passwords in a non-reversible form and restrict access by permissions.
