Delivery Information

Digital services

Our services (accounting packages, subscriptions, online access) are provided electronically. Once the order is confirmed and the advance invoice or invoice is paid, we send access details by e-mail, usually within 1 business day. No delivery charge applies.

Physical products

Physical products offered in the shop are delivered by courier within Hungary. The delivery charge and the expected delivery time are shown at checkout when you choose the shipping method, before you confirm the order.

Processing: 1–2 business days for items in stock
Delivery: usually 1–3 business days after hand-over to the courier
Tracking: we e-mail the tracking number when the parcel is dispatched

Receiving the parcel

Please check that the parcel is undamaged on receipt. If it is damaged, ask the courier to record it and notify us within 3 business days.

Questions

If your order has not arrived within the indicated time, contact us using the details on the Contact page and we will look into it straight away using your order number.
