Property master data

The property master: name, identifier, address, owner company, operating client and the value used to match cost invoices. Contracts and tax returns use it.

The property master records every managed property once: its name, identifier (e.g. land registry number), address, owner and operator. Contracts and the accommodation address of the tourist tax return are built on it.

Adding a property

  1. Open Master datas (Google / AI / WIP) → Properties and click the blue + button at the top right.
  2. Enter Name (required) and Identifier (e.g. lot number).
  3. Fill in the address fields (Country, City, House number, Building, Floor, Door); the country defaults to Hungary.
  4. In Owner company type the company name or tax number and choose from the matches.
  5. In Client (operator) choose the operating company; only companies you have access to can be chosen.
  6. If you pass rental costs on, fill in Cost-invoice match value or Connector label.
  7. Click Save.
If the operator is a company you have no access to, nothing is saved. The "new property" button of the tourist tax return opens this form pre-filled with the return's company.

Status and deletion

The green tick and the yellow ban sign switch the status. The bin icon does not delete if any selected property is referenced by a contract.

Example

Sample Ltd. adds the flat "1011 Budapest, Minta utca 1, 2nd floor 5", owned by Example plc and operated by Sample Ltd. The rental contract then selects this property.
