Map: photos, companies, listings and auctions

A layered map with photo locations from phone backups, company addresses, property listings and court bailiff auctions.

The Map is a layered map. It shows where the photos processed from phone backups were taken, where the companies are, and where property listings and bailiff auctions are located. Clicking a marker shows the details and an image preview.

Before you start

The map needs a Google Maps API key. If none is set, the message is: "No Google Maps API key is configured (Partner form -> NAV/API block)."

Using the map

  1. Open Document → Map.
  2. Filter with Company group, Company, Client (backup owner), File name, Data source, Object type, Device, Taken from, Taken to, GPS data and Accuracy at most (m), then click Filter.
  3. Switch sources on or off in the layer tree. Show companies places the company addresses on the map.
  4. Place real estate listings on the map and Place MBVK auctions on the map locate addresses that are not yet placed in your browser and store the points.
  5. Click a marker: the bubble shows the object's data, sources and locations; for a photo a preview, and Download gives you the original file.

Loading phone backup data

The location data of a phone backup reaches the map through an import started at the backup. The import runs in the background; while it is queued, the backup shows this.

Only data of companies and backups within your content scope is shown. The listing and auction layers appear only with their map permission.

Example

Sample Ltd. looks for the photos of a site visit: it chooses the phone in Device, narrows the dates to that day and clicks the markers to see the images; it also switches on the auction layer.
