Add-on packages

Build separately priced add-on packages from quantities of functions, products or services; they can be ordered in the catalogue and give an allowance when ordered.

An add-on package is a prepared quantity (for example 500 invoices or 10 GB of storage) with its own list price. It is ordered in the Order catalogue and gives the buyer an allowance.

Building a package

  1. Open Subscription → Add-on packages.
  2. Click the blue Add button at the top right, or the blue pencil icon in an existing row.
  3. Enter the Code, Name and Description.
  4. Enter the List price (required, greater than zero), Currency, VAT rate (%) and Validity (days, 0 = does not expire).
  5. In Search for an item to add look for a function, product or service, choose the Item type and enter the quantity.
  6. Set Sort order, stores and Status, then click Save.

Rules and messages

  • "A package without a price cannot be ordered. Enter the list price."
  • "The code must be 2 to 64 characters (letters, digits, _ and -)."
  • A package referenced by an order cannot be deleted.
  • Deleting moves the package to the bin or deletes it permanently depending on your permission; with both delete permissions permanent deletion is a separate icon (Delete permanently).

Example

You add a package with code "INV500" and name "500 invoices", list price HUF 9,900, 27% VAT, 365 days validity, with the invoice recording function and a quantity of 500. The package appears in the catalogue.
