Products and services
The shared master of materials and fees with code, unit, net unit price and VAT rate. Contract lines are chosen from here.
The product master holds materials, the service master holds fees. Contract lines are chosen from them, so unit prices and VAT rates stay consistent.
Adding an item
- Open Master datas (Google / AI / WIP) → Products (materials) or Services (fees).
- Click the blue + button at the top right (Add).
- Fill in Code, Name, Unit, Unit price (net), VAT rate and, as needed, Category and Note.
- In Websites tick where it should appear; by default the default website.
- Click Save.
Only Name is required. Products use material units (e.g. pcs, kg), services time or occasion units (e.g. hour).
Status and deletion
The green tick (Enable) and the yellow ban sign (Disable) switch the status. The red bin icon deletes only if none of the selected items is used as a contract line; if any is used, none is deleted.
Example
Sample Ltd. adds the service "Cleaning", code "TAKAR-01", unit hour, net unit price HUF 6,500, VAT 27%. Choosing it on a rental contract line sets the price to HUF 6,500 per hour automatically.
