Dashboard tiles: supplier summary, credit balance, NAV response time
What the dashboard tiles show (supplier and ledger summary, your own credit balance, the response time of the NAV Online Invoice site), and how to set their width, order and visibility.
On the dashboard after login, tiles give a quick overview: a summary of supplier invoices and the ledger, your own credit balance, and the daily response time of the NAV Online Invoice site.
Total Entry tile
- In the tile's filter choose Year, Client Company GROUP, Client Company and, if needed, Supplier.
- The chart shows the year's supplier invoices: Invoice (Supplier, net), Invoice (Supplier, vat) and Invoice (Supplier, pc).
- Below are the supplier summary (Supplier, Supplier (pc)) and the ledger summary (Ledger, debit, credit, Balance).
- View more... takes you to the detailed list.
Credit balance tile
The tile shows your own credit account: the current balance, the Negative allowed up to limit and the allowances used This period. Open the credit account takes you to the account. Without an account: "No credit account has been opened for you yet." Another user's account cannot be requested here.
Setting up the tiles
- Open the dashboard extensions in the Extensions list and click the blue pencil icon in the tile's row.
- Set Width, Status and Sort Order.
- Click Save.
Example
In the morning Anna Kovács chooses 2026 and Sample Ltd. on the dashboard. The chart shows that net supplier costs jumped in March; the supplier summary shows which supplier caused it. On the Credit balance tile she checks that there is still allowance left for the monthly NAV queries.
