Partner turnover: income and expense per partner
How to see the income and expense with each partner for a period, with a monthly chart, and how to get to the partner's invoices.
Partner turnover shows per partner the income (outgoing invoices, the partner is the customer) and the expense (incoming invoices, the partner is the supplier), net and gross in HUF, for a chosen period, with a monthly turnover chart. The list, the summary and the chart come from the same set.
Step by step
- Open Reports → Partner turnover.
- Choose Company group and Client company; if needed type into Partner name.
- Choose the Date basis (Completion date or Issue date), then fill in Date from and Date to, or click a Quick range button (for example Current year). By default the quick range master's default applies.
- Click Filter.
- The list columns are Partner, Income net, Income gross, Expense net, Expense gross, Balance. The summary is above, the Turnover by month chart below.
- Use the row buttons to open Outgoing invoices of the partner or Incoming invoices of the partner; this also needs access to invoices.
Points to note
- Only invoices of companies within your content scope count.
- If there is no invoice in the period: "No invoice in the selected period."
Example
At year end the managing director of Sample Ltd. filters with Current year. The row of Example plc shows HUF 12,400,000 income and HUF 3,100,000 expense, a balance of HUF 9,300,000. The chart shows that most income arose in September; Outgoing invoices of the partner shows the September invoices.
