The property list
Filtering the property master list, row actions (edit, enable, disable, delete), assigning several properties to websites at once, and exporting the data sheet.
The property list is the system's shared property master: here you open a property's data sheet, enable or disable it, and remove it from brokerage. Contracts, adverts and the data room all refer to properties.
Using the list
- Open System → Master datas → Properties.
- In the filter's Name field type a name, identifier, address or match value, choose the status, then click Filter. Reset clears the filter.
- The blue pencil icon (Edit) at the right of the row opens the data sheet; for a new property use the blue + button at the top right.
- The three-dot More actions menu holds Disable or Enable, Remove from brokerage (sold / rented / withdrawn) and Delete — only those you have permission for.
- With several properties selected, the shop icon assigns them to websites or removes them; the red bin icon deletes several properties.
What the list shows
The Property column shows the name, the identifier badge, the inactive badge, and below them the address and the operator. On larger screens the owner and the cost invoice match value are shown too. Page size: 10, 25, 50, 100 or all.
Rules
- An inactive property cannot be chosen in a new contract, advert, folder or on the map.
- A property referenced by a contract cannot be deleted: "Warning: This property is referenced by one or more contracts and cannot be deleted." Disable it instead.
- Deleting keeps the document centre files and the powers of attorney.
- The data sheet can be exported from the form as a JSON file (Export data sheet (JSON)).
Example
You type "Minta utca" into the filter: the list shows two properties. One is no longer managed, so you disable it from the More actions menu; since a contract refers to it, it could not be deleted.
