Working day calendar

The national working day calendar: which days are working days and which are rest days. The system moves payment deadlines to the next working day from it.

When a payment deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the system moves it to the next working day. This calendar tells which day is a working day. The days are filled by rule, and you can override a single day, for example for a transferred working day.

Viewing the calendar

Master datas → Working day calendar. The filter offers Year (this year by default), Month, Type (working or rest day), Source (by rule or manual) and Name. The list also shows the weekday.

Overriding a day

  1. Click the blue + button at the top right (Add day), or the blue edit icon in the day's row.
  2. Enter the Date. The form shows the weekday and whether the rule would make it a working day.
  3. Choose the type, enter a Name (e.g. "Transferred working day") and click Save.

Quicker: the green tick (Mark as working day) or the yellow ban sign (Mark as rest day) in the row switches the day at once.

Resetting and a new year

  • In a manually overridden row the bin icon (Reset to the computed value) does not delete: it gives the day back its value by rule.
  • The calendar icon in the header (Fill in the missing days of a year) fills the missing days of the Year to fill (next year by default). Manual overrides are left alone.

Example

Saturday 10 Jan 2026 is a transferred working day. Mark it with "Mark as working day". An invoice due on 10 Jan 2026 then keeps that deadline instead of moving to Monday.
