Following, continuing and managing AI runs
How to follow the steps of an AI run, answer questions asking for a decision, continue, rerun or extend the result, and cancel or delete the run.
Started AI runs appear in a list. For each one, expandable details show the steps, the models used, the cost and the final result; from there you can continue, extend or rerun the work.
The run list
- Open the AI workflows screen from the left menu. The super administrator sees all runs, other users only their own.
- Filter with Run or prompt, Status, Provider, Model, Started from and Started to.
- Open the details with the grey double-arrow icon at the bottom right of the row: steps with state, planned and actual model, sources, cost per model in dollars and forints, attachments and output files saved in the document centre. For a running run the state refreshes by itself.
- View the final result on the Formatted, Plain text and Original (Markdown) tabs; copy it with Copy formatted or Copy plain text.
When the run asks for a decision
In strict or advisory mode the run may stop at some point. In the decision block of the details choose Approve, Reject, Modify, Explain in more detail, Continue without it, or write an answer and click Answer. The run then continues.
Continue, rerun, extend

You can also set the model of a step that has not run yet; only configured models with a key can be chosen, empty keeps the automatic choice. Which model is good for what? helps you choose.
Cancelling and deleting
- The yellow ban icon of the row (Cancel) stops the open steps of the run.
- The red bin icon (Delete) deletes the run and all its data after confirmation. A running run cannot be deleted; for a bulk delete the system reports how many were deleted, how many remained and why.
Example
Anna Kovács's quote comparison run stops in advisory mode: the system asks whether to consider shipping costs. Anna clarifies with Modify and the run finishes. The comparison of warranty terms is missing from the result, so she types this into Continue this run; the same run is extended, and the cost appears in forints in the details too.
