Settlements and interest — list, data sources, rights

The queries of the settlement list, the data sources of the expanded row, the content scope and the auxiliary endpoints.

The finance/settlement module shows the financial status of each invoice (receivable/payable, due date, settlement history, days of delay, interest), and the interest, recovery fee, statement and refund actions start here. Models: finance/settlement, finance/interest (admin adapter) + the dlbtinterest library, finance/transaction, finance/invoice, masterdata/baserate.

  1. Filters: company group, company, invoice type, only open / open with linked / overdue / on time, date type and range, search, partner, cut-off date, currency, include drafts.
  2. The expanded row shows settlements, daily interest periods and base rate rows.
  3. Totals up to 3,000 rows.
  4. Links to masterdata/baserate, finance/invoice and finance/transaction only with canSee.

Permissions

  • Layer 2: list (seed “Settlement — list”, UNMAPPED); without it the index redirects to the dashboard. The debug key opens the filter's SQL toggle and the details of the interest generation error list.
  • Layer 3: content scope in filterScope(), based on getCompanyGroupFilter.

Auxiliary endpoints

  • finance/settlement.statement — partner account HTML (printable detail); right: list + core access, scope on the client list. No admin template calls it.
  • companysearch — partner search (at most 15 hits); list + scope.
  • filtercompanies — the shared company picker.
