Real estate prices: listings, price history and price report
Following property listings and their price changes by settlement, district, neighbourhood and street, with an average price report, a chart and a map.
Real estate prices shows listings collected from the newsletter of a property listing portal, together with their price changes. You see the current and first price, the price per square metre and the percentage change, and the report calculates average prices per area.
Searching listings
- Open the main menu item Real estate prices. The list view opens by default.
- Filter with Settlement, District, Neighbourhood, Street, Building type, Deal, Property type, Price change, Status, Seen from, Seen until and Search, then click Filter.
- The Price history panel of a row shows the sequence of prices with the percentage change; Open the listing at the source opens the original listing.
- The map icon shows the listings on the Map.
Price report and chart
- Switch to the report view with the column chart icon (Price report).
- In Group by choose settlement, district, neighbourhood, street or type.
- Per group the table shows the count, average price, average price per square metre, minimum–maximum price, average area and the number of listings that rose or fell in price; the Average price chart is drawn from the same data.
Deleting
The red bin icon of a row (Delete) removes the listing from the list. Users with the right also see Delete permanently, which deletes the listing together with its price history for good.
Example
An analyst at Sample Ltd. looks at flats for sale in District XI by street. The report shows that in one street 4 of 12 listings got cheaper; the price history shows that one flat dropped from HUF 89.9 million to HUF 84.5 million.
