Notification recipients

Define per module and event who receives notification mail: a system user, a contact person or a free e-mail address, and for which period.

In Notification recipients you decide who receives a module's automatic mail. Each row is one recipient for a module (and, if needed, an event, a client or a specific record), with a validity period.

Adding a recipient

  1. Open Mail → Notification recipients. The bell icon in a Module schedule row brings you here filtered to that module.
  2. Click the blue + button at the top right.
  3. Choose the Module (required) and, if needed, the Event key, Client company ID and Send from (channel).
  4. According to Recipient type give exactly one recipient: System user, Person (contact) or Free email address. Typing in the search fields lists only users and persons within your scope.
  5. If the notification is about one specific record, fill in Object type and Object ID.
  6. Set Valid from, Valid to and Status, then click Save.

You can also subscribe someone quickly from the notification tile on the partner or person form.

Rules and messages

  • "A module must be selected!"
  • "Fill in exactly one recipient: a user, a person, or a free email address!"
  • "The valid-from date cannot be later than the valid-to date!"
  • Rows can be activated and deactivated; deleting is permanent or moves to the bin, depending on your permission.

Example

Péter Szabó, contact person of Sample Ltd., should receive the monthly balance statement. You add a row: Module the balance statement, Recipient type person, Péter Szabó, Valid from 1 Jan 2026. From then on the module's automatic mail goes to him as well.
