Invoice list and filtering
How to find incoming and outgoing invoices, default interest and recovery fee documents, and what an expanded invoice row shows.
The invoice list is the system's central invoice register: incoming and outgoing invoices, default interest documents and recovery fee documents are all here. Every invoice action starts from this list.
Where to find it
Under Finance → Invoices. The menu item appears only for users who have been given the invoice list. You only see invoices of the client companies you have content access to.
Finding invoices
- Open Finance → Invoices.
- In the filter, choose the Client Company GROUP, then the Client Company. If you only have access to one group or company, it is selected automatically.
- Narrow the results if needed: partner, Invoice number, Invoice type, Payment type, Status, Item name, Attachment (whether a document is attached).
- In Date type choose which date to filter on (for example Date due) and fill in Date from and Date to — or click one of the Quick range buttons.
- Click Filter. Reset clears the filter.
- At the bottom, Rows per page shows 10, 25, 50, 100 or All rows on one page.
What a row shows
- the partner, the amounts in HUF and in foreign currency, and the open (outstanding) balance;
- linked documents (for example the bank items that settled the invoice), attached files and labels;
- on the right, the actions you are allowed to use. Actions you have no right to are not shown; actions that need a subscription show a padlock.
The expand icon (double arrow pointing down) shows the items, the linked documents and the files. Expand all and Collapse all open or close every row.
The row icon Settlements & interest of this invoice opens the Settlements & Interest page; the Settling transactions icon shows the related bank and cash documents.
Good to know
If you have the right, per-client turnover charts appear at the top of the invoice page.
Example
The accountant of Sample Ltd. looks for customer invoices due in October 2026. She selects Sample Ltd., sets Date type to Date due, clicks the current month in Quick range, then Filter. The open balance column shows at once which invoices are still unpaid.
