Data room event table, timeline report and e-mail events
Fields and event codes of the data room event table, filtering and content scope of the timeline report, event keys and template selection of the automatic e-mails.
Data room events are written to the doc_room_event table; the report/roomactivity report turns them into sentences in the viewer's language. E-mails are sent under the document/folders module through the central mail path.
Event table
Table names carry the installation's own prefix in the database. doc_room_event: user_id, store_id, event_code, doc_share_id, doc_id, meta (IP, browser, download id, and for a failed sign-in the username).
Event codes: login, login_remember, login_failed, logout, folder_open, doc_view, download, download_folder, download_done, share, share_folder, upload, folder_create, rename, remove, search, token_view, consent, consent_reset, activation, password_set, reset_requested, contracts_view, termination_request, access_granted, access_changed, access_revoked, invite_sent, user_created, property_withdrawn (with _sale, _rent, _share variants), price_changed, terms_changed.
Report
Reports → Data room activity: filter by user, activity, period, document or folder, with content scope. Permissions: report/roomactivity list, debug (SYSTEM).

Text: if Mail → Templates has a template (module + event key, client-specific or general, in the recipient's language), it is sent (variables e.g. ##recipient_name##, ##folders##, ##link##, ##button##); otherwise the built-in text in the recipient's language. Header: theme brand name → store name → client name. Every e-mail is transactional and immediate, on the client's mail channel or, failing that, the system's.
Known limitations
The module is marked "In development" in the menu; it has not yet run in a live data room with real sign-ins and real e-mail sending.
