Tourist tax settings — system description
Data model of the per-municipality, per-year IFA setting, saving with a file and form parsing, uniqueness and delete protection, and the permission keys.
Overview
IFA setting per municipality and year: name, town, year, tax rate (HUF per guest night), portal tenant identifiers, form code/version/variant and the empty portal form (XML, stored in the database, at most 2 MB). It is reached from the Settings button of the IFA page if the user has the list permission; it has no own item in the left menu.
Data model
Table names carry the installation's own prefix in the database.

Process
- List: filter by name and year.
- Saving with a file (FormData): the IFA service reads the uploaded empty form and fills in the fields left empty; an empty town comes from the tenant address; the temporary upload file is only read. The record is read back after saving.
- On/off: with
editpermission. - Delete: only if no return references it; otherwise an error with the count.
Validation
- Name required; year 2000–2100; rate greater than zero; name + year unique.
- Upload error and size limit (2 MB); the XML must be a valid e-önkormányzat form and a tourist tax return (ASP-ADO-035).
Permissions
